When I first tried the online precinct finder of Comelec, the query result said that my registration details are not to be found in the database. I tried calling Comelec Caloocan 1st District office but either no one was answering the phone or the line was busy. I put off calling that office for several days because the online precinct finder was down for some time. I was hoping that my registration details will be included when the service goes online again. I tried the online precinct finder this morning and I got this result:
Your registration record has been deactivated.
A deactivated registration status means that you cannot exercise your right to vote this coming elections.

I called Comelec Caloocan 1st District office and the one who answered the phone told me that my name is not in the printed list of voters. He told me that my application for transfer (my precinct was suddenly transferred to a school 1-2 hours drive away from our place) was probably not approved by the board of Comelec Caloocan 1st District and I should have gotten a letter for it. I can only apply for reactivation after the elections.
Damn Caloocan 1st District for screwing with my registration for the second time and for curtailing my constitutional right to vote!
Sorry Villar, I can't sell my vote to you.
